D.El.Ed. is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. D.El.Ed. is considered as one of the oldest engineering disciplines. A civil engineer is responsible for planning and designing a project, constructing the project to the required scale and maintenance of the assets.
